    Day 1  Travel & Settle In

    • Morning: Breakfast followed a short drive to the rafting centre, experience the thrill of rafting with qualified rafting guides.

    Day 3  Free Day option to visit Lucca



    Day 4  Ropes Course, SUP, Optional Wild Swim

    • Morning  Breakfast, experience a thrilling guided ropes course followed by a guided SUP experience and option to wild swim. 


    • Afternoon  Picnic Lunch option to swim in the clear waters of the blue lagoon. Walk to the green lagoon for more water fun and relaxation time. Evening Tuscan meal.



    Day 5  Free Day option to visit Florence



    Day 6  E Bike Experience


    • Morning  Breakfast Guided EBike trek. Lunch

      What happens if water is too high or low for rafting? The rafting company will inform us if this is the case. As safety is paramount unfortunatley events can happen that are out of our control. You will be informed immediatley and offered an alternative replacement experience. 


      What level of fitness do I need? You need to be in good health and with a good   level of fitness that will enable you to participate and enjoy the adventures advertised.


      What is the minimum needed to secure a booking? 

      The minimum number is 4 the maximum is 6 people


      Do I need to bring dry robes.

      Yes, also a  waterprrof backpack with a change of clothes.


      Can I buy more wine or drinks to have with my meal?

      Yes, of course, drinks or a drinks package is offered at an extra cost. This can include  alcaholic and non alcaholic drink options. If you are interested let us know on booking.


      Do I need a rucksack or bag? 

      Its always best to bring a bag that will carry a waterproof, brolley, water bottle, hat and suncreen. Whether it is a rucksack or crossover bag as long as it  is comfortable to wear.


      What clothes and footwear do I need?

      Clothes depend on the time of year you book your getaway. Ask Jo & Antonio, your hosts, on booking; they will be able to better advise you then. Footwear: comfortable shoes, trainers and water shoes 


      Should I bring a water bottle?

      Yes, if you forget, don't worry, they have spares. Water is supplied for you before you set off, and some of the walks have fresh mountain water fountains along the way to refill your bottles.


      Do you cater for dietary requirements?

      Yes, simply let us know when booking any allergies or dietary requirements. They can all be catered for as your hosts have run successful food establishments, so they are qualified in food preparation. 


      If I am ill, are there medical facilities nearby?

      Yes, doctors, chemists, and the Red Cross medical station are all nearby. Hospitals are in Lucca and Castelnuovo di Garfagnana; the local Red Cross feeds into these hospitals if needed. You also have bilingual hosts who will stay with you every step of the way to translate and make sure you get what you need.


      Will we each get our own bedroom? 

      The accommodation has 3 ensuite bedrooms 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double room. If there are more than 3 in your group 2 twin rooms will be shared. If the number is 6 then the kingsized bed will also be shared.


      How will the bedrooms be allocated? 

      You can leave it to us to allocate or your lead person booking can stipulate who sleeps in which room. The choice is yours.
