Jo is obsessed with bruschetta , its her go to lunch, starter, and breakfast if we would let her. Toasting slices of fresh Tuscan bread, then adding toppings such as tomato, garlic & basil, mozzarella with walnuts and a drizzle of acacia honey are her favourites.
